You will need extra help after you deliver your babies. Your time of greatest need will be immediately after your babies are born. Ask for help from family, neighbors and friends for the first 4 to 6 weeks after you bring your babies home. You may be fairly exhausted, so it's helpful to have extra pairs of hands available until your new family settles into a routine. You may want to arrange for this help ahead of time, before you deliver your babies.
